  5. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  7. IMPORTANT:  PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY 
  8. BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE INSTALLATION PROCESS OF
  9. THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE ("SOFTWARE"). BY CLICKING ON 
  10. THE "Yes" BUTTON YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS
  11. OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS
  12. OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "No" BUTTON TO TERMINATE
  13. THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.

  16. Spadix retains all right, title and interest in and to the Software.
  17.  
  18. This License permits you to use the Software on a single
  19. personal computer or workstation and to make one copy of the
  20. Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only
  21. provided that any copy must contain all proprietary notices
  22. included in the original.

  24. You may distribute the evaluation version archive and make as
  25. many copies as you like provided that it is the official evaluation 
  26. version archive. You are required to verify this.

  28. You may not modify, translate, rent, lease, distribute or lend the
  29. Software, and you may not sell to others the right to use the 
  30. Software on your computer.  You may not remove any proprietary
  31. notices or labels on the Software.
  32.  
  33. You may use the Documentation to assist in your use of the 
  34. Software. You may review the Documentation, but you may
  35. not make further copies of the Documentation.  You own the
  36. media on which the Software is recorded, but not the Software
  37. itself or any copy of it.

  39. You may not attempt to create or derive any of the source code 
  40. or other technology or data within the Software by disassembly, 
  41. reverse engineering or any other method.

  43. Neither the author nor anyone else who has been involved in the 
  44. creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for 
  45. any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising
  46. out of the use or inability to use such  product.

  48. This License is effective until terminated.  You may terminate this 
  49. License at any time by destroying the Software, and all copies 
  50. thereof.
